The Police have arrested and charged twenty-one (21) year-old Danny Blake and twenty-two (22) year-old Elvis Blake, both of New Pond Site, St. Kitts, for the murder of Kevonne Smithen of New Road. The offence was committed on September 11th, 2023, at a gas station in Basseterre, St. Kitts. Both men were charged on September 18th, 2023, at the Basseterre Police Station.
