The Police have formally charged a seventeen (17)-year-old male for the offence of Manslaughter. The criminal act was committed on December 10th, 2023, in Phillip’s Village on St. Kitts, and resulted in the death of forty-two (42)-year-old Chelston T. Harvey alias ‘Ink’.
The juvenile was charged on December 13th, 2023, at the Violent Crime Unit (VCU) office, Stanford Building, Basseterre.
