The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is currently investigating a
shooting incident that took place in the Pond Hill area on Nevis. The incident occurred
on June 25th, 2024, between 5:30AM and 6AM and resulted in the death of thirty-two (32)-year-old Alexis Dennis Hendrickson, a resident of Pond Hill.
Preliminary investigations have revealed that Mr Hendrickson was confronted by two (2) armed assailants shortly after leaving his home. The assailants fired multiple shots at Mr Hendrickson, striking him several times and resulting in his death at the scene.
The Crime Scene Unit technicians processed the scene and collected some items of evidential value. An investigation into the incident is currently under way and updates will be appropriately issued when available.
We urge anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward and assist the authorities in their investigation. You can contact the nearest Police station or call the Crime Stoppers' hotline at 707 to report any tips anonymously. Your cooperation is
crucial in helping us bring those responsible to justice. The RSCNPF extends heartfelt
condolences to all who have been negatively impacted by this incident.
