BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, July 31, 2024. An autopsy was performed on the body of the late Zishawn Farrell, 24, of Fig-tree, Sandy Point, by resident pathologist Dr. Naudica Phillip at the JNF Hospital Morgue on July 30, 2024.
Dr. Phillip concluded that the cause of death was severe cerebral edema due to severe cranioencephalic trauma as a consequence of a motor vehicular accident.
Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Zishawn Farrell during this difficult time.
