With reference to our previously circulated press release regarding the shooting of Dean Boddie, we regret to inform the public that Mr. Boddie succumbed to his injuries at approximately 2:05 PM today, August 2, 2024.
In light of this tragic development, we have now commenced a homicide investigation.
We urge anyone with information related to this incident to come forward and assist with the investigation. Your cooperation is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our community.
