1. Fort Street Will Be Closed To Vehicular Traffic.
2. Central Street Will Be Closed To Vehicular Traffic From Church St To West Independence Square St.
3. Liverpool Row, From Delisle St. To Fort Street, Will Be Closed To Vehicular Traffic.
4. West Independence Square St. Will Be Reserved For Taxi Parking.
5. Vehicles Travelling On Church Street Will Be Permitted To Turn Right Onto Liverpool Row Into College Street.
Traffic Signs Will Be Posted To Indicate Restrictions. Avoid Driving In Downtown Basseterre If Possible During This Period. Consider Alternative Routes Or Modes Of Transportation
