1. The Bay Road Between Adlam Street & College Street, Inclusive Of Lower Delisle Street (Between Courts & Kfc), Will Be Closed To Vehicular Traffic From 8:00 Am On Friday 28th December, 2023
2. Motor Omnibuses Will Be Permitted To Travel Across Cayon Street, Onto College Street, Into The Bay Road, & The Same Route To Return To The Eastern Side Of The Island.
3. These Changes Will Be In Effect From 7:30 Am.
