1. Parking Will Be Permitted On Victoria Rd. From Seaton St. To Youth And Community.
2. No Parking Will Be Allowed On The Western Side Of East Park Range.
3. Losack Rd. Will Be Reserved For Vip Parking Between East Park Range And The Basseterre Police Station.
4. No Parking Will Be Permitted On The Patron Queueing Area Outside The Losack Rd. Entrance Gate.
Traffic Signs Will Be Posted To Indicate Restrictions. Avoid Driving In Downtown Basseterre If Possible During This Period. Consider Alternative Routes Or Modes Of Transportation
